SOFT SKILLS
A Multi-Stakeholder Exploration of Human Factors in Leadership

This multi-perspective survey investigates how soft skills — including emotional intelligence, conscious communication, self-awareness, and adaptability — are perceived, valued, and prioritized across organizational ecosystems.

Our objective is to shed light on the often-invisible dynamics of the human factor in leadership and performance, and to map areas of alignment and divergence among key stakeholder groups.

Grounded in reflection and rigor, this survey contributes to a deeper, evidence-based dialogue on the role of emotional and behavioral intelligence in high-performance environments.

With your input we aim to:

  • examine the gap between perceived value and actual investment in soft skill development

  • generate actionable data to inform leadership strategy and organizational development

  • assess the extent to which soft skills drive measurable,
    business-relevant outcomes

  • compare the perspectives of executives, employees and
    HR/L&D professionals
